Electreon has received funding from the Swedish Energy Agency and the European Regional Development Fund for several measures linked to Smartroad Gotland. The project, which is one of several within the framework of the program Energy Pilot Gotland, includes the following:

• Construction of a 50 meter wireless electric road, with the aim of testing higher power transmission than the current one on Smartroad Gotland.

• Construction of a wireless charging station with the same wireless technical solution, with the aim of gathering knowledge about static charging with induction technology and possibilities for coordination at system level between dynamic and static charging.

• Integration of energy receivers on truck and trailer for the opportunity to charge higher power

• Case study wireless charging at loading dock Visby

• Case study Stockholm

• Test analysis

The project started in the autumn of 2021 and ended in March 2023.
